January 2nd - Jack Smith's DC case around January 6th. This is his requested start date so not set in stone yet,


January 15th - E Jean Carrolls defamation lawsuit trial. This is from when Trump was President. He delayed the trial through appeals claiming defaming people was a part Presidential duties. He defamed her after leaving office which is what the first suit handled.


March 25th - Criminal trial for falsifying buisness records to hide his hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.


May 20th - Documents case trial



TBD - Atleast one more trial for Trumps RICO charges in Georgia.

I’ll probably be at football fields and baseball fields all fall enjoying my kids playing ball. Or at the beach- but I can guarantee you it won’t be looking up DJT news.
 
I am sure you will make the time to come here and tell me how much you dont care. One of my hobbies is the study of history, specifically the last 100 years of American history. What we are watching is history in real time. I am not going to ignore it now and then read about it in 20 years. History can not accurately tell us the entirety of the context of the moment. I can read about Watergate but I cant truly understand what it was like for people during that time. Same with anything historical I didnt live through. Much like kids born in 2000 cant fully understand living through 9/11.
 
Hey I finally found out what this indictment was supposed to be a distraction from. Apparently one of the Republican operatives transcripts were released by the FBI on the 14th. Thankfully Fani indicted Trump or else Biden would be getting impeached today after this groundbreaking revelation.
 
Since I know where the MAGA tards download their talking points let me get out ahead of them and explain something to them. Not that it will do any good. If me and 57 agree to rob a bank with a crowbar that is a criminal conspiracy. We could talk about it all daylong but its not a crime until we take an action to further that conspiracy. So if we go down to WalMart and buy a crowbar that is an act in furtherance of the conspiracy. Buying a crowbar is not in itself illegal. If we went to the bank just to scope things out thats an act in furtherance of the conspiracy and a crime. The conspiracy was to overturn the legal results of the election. Every act in furtherance of that criminal conspiracy is a crime. As you will notice if any of you actually read the indictment there are no charges for filing any of their frivolous lawsuits because that is an actual legal way to overturn an election if there was something illegal done. As you might see with many of the charges trying to convince state Republican officials to change the results or to ignore the will of the voters was asking them to violate their oaths of office.

The RICO act really is a great thing for the reasons you state. Criminals know how to muddy the waters to their benefit.

I hope these trials are made public but we know the left will do whatever it takes to have a shroud over these procedures.

Yes - I want the world to see these proceedings but we all know that a request for secrecy will not come from Trumps side.

When the left inevitably tries to expedite the trial behind closed doors I'll be eager to see your rationale why this is good for democracy.
