Trump Trials Watch I

GaQPxWPbUAAwEjq

Jack Smith included this in his filing. This was Trumps gameplan going into January 6th. Resident legal Scholar Garmel assured me Trump wasnt trying to do any of these options to overthrow the winner. This is literally his gameplan. The thing about voter fraud in all this is they wanted it determined by a state legislature which is not bound by the rules of evidence a court is. Again, for the slow people, if Republicans just objected during certification or voted not to certify those are legitimate actions. Nothing wrong with it. If thats all they did none of this is an issue.

Other things of note as I go through this.

- Trumps advisors told him the election was going to be very close and wouldnt be decided on election night. Then it goes into various quotes of Trumps where he was setting the groundwork for his plan if he lost. Notably saying he would be fine if he lost and it was announced on November 3rd. Which he knew damn well no winner would be announced that early based on his advisors telling him.

- On November 4th, a campaign employee whose name is redacted but labeled P5 was told by a colleague that a particular batch of votes that was heavily for Biden was right he responded with "find a reason it isnt" and "give me options for litigation". When P5 was informed there was about to be a riot reminiscent of Florida in 2000 he responded "Make them riot" and "do it". Trump campaign and supporters used similar tactics at other tabulation centers and Trump used this to falsely claim his poll watchers werent allowed.

- On November 7th P2, P3, P4, and P9 who was white house staff told Trump that he was going to lose and he could only win if they won all ongoing vote counts and litigation in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin. On November 13th Trumps campaign conceded their lawsuits in Arizona which meant he had no path to victory according to his own staff.

- On that same day Trump sidelined his lawyers in charge of legal challenges and put Co-Conspirator 1(Googliani) in charge because he was willing to make false claims.

- P9 who is Eric Herschmann, a longtime friend of the Trump family and one of his impeachmentt lawyers told Trump that Googliani would not win his legal challenges because he had no evidence. Trump told him he would only pay Googliani if he won to which P9 told him he would never have to pay. When P9 reiterated that Googliani would not win his cases Trump responded "the details dont matter".

- P9 was the person reporting directly to Trump about their efforts to find voter fraud, he told Trump about the results from the investigations by 2 companies hired by the campaign finding no fraud. He also informed Trump that the Georgia audit disproved that Dominion switched votes.

- It goes over the various attempts by Pence to get Trump to accept the results. Of note on November 12th Pence suggested Trump not concede but recognize the process was over. On November 16th Pence again tried to get Trump to accept the results suggesting he run again in 2024 to which Trump replied "I dont know, 2024 is so far off". On December 21st Pence encouraged Trump to not look at the election as a loss but an intermission. Trump later that day asked Pence what they should do and he told Trump they should exhaust all legal options and if they come up short he should bow out.

- P15 who is Nick Luna, White House director of oval office operations, traveling with Trump overheard him telling family "It doesnt matter if you win or lose an election you still have to fight like hell"

- Jack Smith includes the ever changing numbers Trump was claiming about fraud as evidence he was just making it up as he went along.

- Smith asserts that there is no official responsibilities for the President in the states elections or their choosing of electors so it should not be covered by official immunity. He notes that he only contacted officials of his own party and his supporters and only in states he lost.

- On November 9th Trump contact the Arizona Governor who informed him there was no fraud in their election. Trump claimed there was fraud and the Governor asked him to send over the evidence. It was never sent. On November 30th, the day they certified the vote in Arizona, Trump called the Governor again and insisted there was fraud. The Governor asked Trump to send him the evidence. He never did. It then notes that Trump began publicly attacking the Arizona and Georgia governor the following morning.

- On November 22nd Trump and Googliani called P18 who was the Arizona speaker of the House. Googliani did most of the talking and made various false claims of election fraud and asked P18 to use them as a basis to convene the state legislator and appoint illegitimate electors. When P18 voiced his skepticism Googliani said "well, you know, we're all kind of Republicans and we need to be working together". P18 refused and asked Googliani to send the evidence. He never did.

- On November 30th Googliani and Jenna Ellis arrived in Arizona for a meeting at a hotel with Republican members of the state legislature. The next day when state legislators pressed Googliani for evidence to back up his claims he conceded "we dont have evidence, but we have lots of theories". When they grew frustrated Googliani had no evidence and asked him tough questions Googliani said "Man, I thought we were all Republicans..... this is a little more hostile reception I'm getting here".

- On December 4th P18 released a statement saying he did not have the authority to reverse the results of the election and attempting to do so based on unsubstantiated theories would disenfranchise millions of Arizona voters. Christina Bobb, P19, began attacking P18 on twitter which was retweeted by Trump.

- January 4th, Co-conspirator 2 John Eastman called P18 and his lawyer and urged him to decertify the results and replace them with illegitimate electors. When P18 informed Eastman there was no evidence of fraud and that he could not legally convene the state legislature Eastman conceded he didnt know the facts on the ground but suggested P18 should claim he had the authority to do it and let the courts sort it out.

- Smith notes that P18 was harassed at his home including by a man who came onto his property visibly carrying a gun and yelled at him. Smith notes that P18's daughter was home at the time and was very ill.

- Around mid November, P4 Jason Miller informed Trump that his claim about dead voters in Georgia was false. Its noted that Trump continued to make the claim after this knowing it was false.

- On December 3rd Googliani orchestrated a presentation in the Georgia Senate to make the claim dead people had voted. P21, Mark Meadows and P9 exchanged text messages at the time on their personal phones acknowledging that P22, a Trump campaign lawyer, had verified Googliani's claim of dead voters was false and the real number was 12 not 10,000.

- It goes over the State Farm election workers hoax. Trumps own staff internal emails showed they knew it wasnt proof of any wrongdoing and said any ads making the claims in the upcoming runoff Senate elections might be denied from air by local stations. Jason Miller personally told Trump it was a hoax and wrote "When our research and campaign legal team cant back up any of the claims made by our Elite Strike Force Legal Team, you can see why we are 0-32 in our cases. I'll obviously hustle to help on all fronts, but its tough to own any of this when its all just conspiracy **** beamed down from the mothership"

- It goes on to note the attacks by Trump on Governor Kemp. Not all that relevant but I thought it was funny Trump says Kemp's poll numbers were dropping like a rock and he was finished as a Governor. Of course Kemp easily won re-election. Unlike Trump.

- It notes that Trump signed a verification of fraud allegations that he and his lawyer Jenna Ellis knew were false. P9 spoke with Jenna Ellis and told her they cant have Trump sign it because they couldnt verify the facts. P9 also told Trump that any lawyer who signed on to it would be disbarred. Jenna Ellis acknoledged this problem in an email to P32, lawyer Kurt Hilbert, on December 31st. Nonetheless Trump signed it and caused it to be filed.

- It goes over Trumps call with Raffensberger noting that he only referenced his election when talking about finding votes and not the down ballot candidates. Particuarly important because it shows he was acting for his own interests as a candidate. It notes how Raffensberger explained why each accusation was false to Trump and then shows Trumps tweets the next day falsely claiming Raffesberger was "unwilling or unable" to answer questions about his accusations.

- Trump called Republican legislators in Michigan. Smith notes Ronna McDaniel requested to not be a part of this call but Trump called her in anyways. Trump said he lost because of fraud in Wayne County where Detroit is. P37, State Senate Majority leader Mike Shirkey informed Trump that he had lost the state because in 2 in two routinely Republican counties Trump underperformed among educated women and if he had received the same amount of votes as 2 local Republican Sherriffs he would have won the state. Again noting that Trump was only concerned with his race and not others in Michigan.

- After Rep State legislators assured Trump they were looking into fraud allegations Trump dialed in Googliani who launched into a voter fraud monologue. P37 interrupted to ask when Googliani would be filing a lawsuit, which Googliani ignored. Shortly after the call the Rep Senate leader and Rep speaker released a statement saying they had not seen any fraud that would change the outcome. On November 21st Trump acknowledged this statement saying he would be releasing evidence that will show massive and unprecedented fraud. And it notes days later the Trump campaign declined to pay for a recount.

- Googliani then continued trying to pressure them to use the state legislature to overturn the results. On December 4th Googliani sent them a message saying Georgia was poised to change their results and asked for assistance doing it in Michigan. On December 7th Googliani attempted to send P37 a message asking him to pass a joint resolution stating that the election was in dispute and that the electors appointed by Governor Whitmer were illegitimate. He never got it because Googliani typed in the wrong number.

- On January 3rd the Trump campaign publicly released the Michigan Senate leaders phone number leading to him getting 4000 text messages in 2 hours causing him to have to get a new phone number. They tried to do it to the speaker to but mistyped the number.

- Regarding Nevada. P43, Justin Reimer who was RNC chief counsel sent an email stating that the facts in their Nevada lawsuit were false. Trump still went on to amplify the lawsuit claiming it was big news.

- On November 6th Trump called P46, Lawrence Tabas who was chairman of the PA Republican party who had represented Trump in legal filings in 2016. He asked him to explain how he went from up on election day to losing. Tabas explained that there were still 1.75 million mail in ballots left to be counted which they expected to go 80% for Biden.

- It goes over the false claims by Googliani and Trump that 700k more votes were received than sent out and the various people in Trumps campaign who told them it was not true. P9 directly told Trump this was a hoax. Reimer emailed Ronna McDaniel expressing concern about Googliani spreading this lie saying "I'm really not trying to give you a hard time but what Googliani and Ellis are doing is a joke and its getting laughed out of court"

- When Googliani learned of this he sent Reimer a threatening voicemail stating "I really do need an explanation for what you said today, because if there isnt a good one you need to resign. Got it? So call me or I'll call the boss and get you to resign. Call me. It'd be better if you do".

Okay. Thats just 41 pages. The evidence of corruption is just overwhelming.

Thats where you are wrong. I took a month break from this toxic place and when I got bored and checked what was going on there were numerous "wheres cajun to respond to this" or similar posts because they thought some dumb **** was proof of something. I dont recall anyone saying "I wonder what Tapate thinks". If you took a break I doubt anyone would be asking for your response to anything. If I need an expert on what Trump ass tastes like I'll look you up, otherwise you got nothing of value to offer anyone with your opinion. You are nothing but a gaslighter who has to resort to misdirection, insults, gaslighting and name calling for your arguments. I treat people how they treat me, so I do it back to you, but you arent competent enough to even get that. Seriously, your response that Jack Smith has messed with documents is retarded. We are all dumber for having read it.

lol

The average person knows Smith already has destroyed his credibility with his handling of the documents.

They tried to give states more time and there was no coup.

However, it will be fun to watch you chase your tail over nonsense.

Ok

Smith and that POS judge are trying to affect the election.

That's the only reason why they're releasing info that should still be sealed.

So you admit that its damaging to Trump?

It shouldn't with people who know what Smith is doing here and some of his questionable behavior with the documents

We have two officers of the court who because they couldn't get Trump before the election are having a bitch fit and are trying to damage Trump's chances at reelection.

What they are doing just isn't done although it's not technically illegal.

Trump could have had this all adjudicated before the election. He chose not to. I dont know what part of this is not done. This has the same information any indictment would have which is publicly released. Its just longer. Just look at all we got in the documents case and thats with a Judge he appointed.

Lets keep going shall we.

- Smith goes over the Powell/Tucker Carlson incident where Tuck the Cuck invited Powell to show him her evidence then publicly shamed her for not providing any. Trump acknowledged that Tuck the Cuck eviscerated and destroyed her. Trump had a call with Powell on speaker phone and asked her about the stuff with Tuck the Cuck and while she responded her put her on mute then mocked her calling her crazy and referencing Star Trek. Nonetheless Trump continued promoting her bat**** crazy conspiracies and lawsuits.

- P53, Jack Wilenchik who is a private attorney talked to the Cheesbro and recounted the conversation in an email. Cheesebro said his idea was to send in fake electors even though its not legal and try to argue that Congress isnt bound by the law because they make the law and therefore can accept electors that are not legal.

- There was a call convened by Googliani with various people the day before the fake electors were set to sign their fradulent documents where they discussed putting out a campaign statement but no one wanted to put their name on it. Googliani also referred to the group of people as like the Star Wars bar people.

- P57, A congressman from PA Tom Marino declined to be a part of the fake elector scheme because he said it was illegal. A few people involved knew the plan but most of the fake electors were under the impression these fake elector certificates were only going to be used if Trump managed to overturn their particular state. So they had to lie to most of these people to even get them to sign up.

- On December 11th Michael Roman talked to CC6 Boris Epshteyn telling him that Tabas was telling potential fake electors that they could be prosecuted for signing the fradulent documents. Epshteyn responded "Have someone who knows him call him and tell him to stop"

- Eastman admitted in an email that no state legislatures in any state had asked for the chance to re-certify their electoral votes. Eastman also emailed Pence's legal counsel Greg Jacobs "the siege was because you and your boss did not do what was necessary"

- Smith goes on about the Supreme Court immunity ruling saying that they removed Trumps discussions with Justice Department officials and his threat to fire the Acting AG as those are official acts of a President.

Imagine if Hillary Clinton was indicted for trying to overthrow the 2016 election via Russia Collusion stuff where we got evidence like this as "the left" responded like that. A former President indicted for a failed coup attempt is like the definition of big.

A failed coup? lol

As one of the NARA archivists said we have had alternate electors in every single presidential election since he's been on the job.

Trump does it, doesn't get as far as past democrats who have tried it, and it's a coup.
