And here's video of the Pache homer: https://twitter.com/mbraves/status/1126116165133189120
Also I forgot how much those brave logo Segway that looks like they are going to a replay to just cut back to live tv but me.
What...the.......
Watch the replay and when waters is running the bases a Braves logo swings in like they are cutting over to a replay but instead it goes right back to waters running the bases. Like why did they swing that logo in. It usually is a segway or transition. But not for milb tv. So weird. And they do that ALL the time.
Smoked. Those two are hitting the cover off it right now. Keep it up guys!
Haha no I know, that thing has always bewildered me. Was just messing with you cause that sentence makes no sense.
Good to see Pache making progress in areas everyone said he needed to make progress. At this point he and Waters are lining up to be serious options sometime in the middle/end of 2020.
Florida:
Kingham - 6.0 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 2 K
Old for the level - completely smoke and mirrors.
6 innings and 2 Ks is probably smoke and mirrors. Probably.
His stuff resembles Mike Fiers. Oh wait...
Are you saying that to be snarky or do you know this. His control seems to be on point but not sure I like a guy not missing a lot of bats.
Snarky about the entire thing - he's obviously only having success because he's competing against children.
Kingham is capable of decent strikeout numbers if that were his game and if he were consistent. Right now, it's not just age, his FB has heavy sink. Higher milb'ers would struggle to make solid contact off of him.damn dude.
no one suggests that's the only reason.
it's definitely something relevant to note, tho. it's important.

I keep telling myself that the braves cannot be lucky enough to have two more position guys who are able to impact at 21 after acuna. The sample size is still small.
But the scouts and the results seem to be very positive.
Starting to dream of a team where neck is our fourth of....
For the record, Kingham is not old for the FSL. In fact, he's about a year younger than the average player in the league at this point in the season. I'm curious to see how he does moving forward. He was better as a sophomore at the University of Texas than he was as a junior, which dinged his draft status.
