Dough is less science and more practice. I'm stoked because we ordered a pizza oven on black friday that's coming in soon so come the thaw I'll be working on my za. I'm ready to work my skills up to being a pro pizzaiolo.

All the best sauces use canned tomatoes. People can fight me on that if they want, but I will win.

Sure there's a small window where having fresh in season tomatoes are superior. But good canned tomatoes are made from in season tomatoes.

I'd trust canned San Marzano over fresh Roma all the time for pizza or pasta sauce.
 
Women team sports are God awful and I don’t know how any man can watch them other than special occasions.

It’s true for parts of GA as well. You don’t pass up gas station chicken.

CFA is a chicken sandwich place.

Zaxbys is a chicken finger place

Popeyes is a fried chicken place .

There’s a pretty decent difference there

So....how goes GA gas station chicken compare to MS gas station chicken...my last road trip through the south I drove through MS without stopping...mistake?

Maybe. When you come through Mississippi, look for the stores that are busy at lunch... people will let you know the good spots. Don't go to the ones that have a chain logo like krispy krunchy or similar. As a general rule, the more rural, the better.

If you're in northwest part of Mississippi, probably go for the BBQ over fried chicken.

I was driving from New Orleans to Memphis. I know what to look for in those two places. Not so much in the stretch in between.

This is accurate, but overlooks that Popeyes sells the best sweet tea available anywhere outside of a Southern grandmother's house.
