Such a tired, lame, old and bad stereotype. But carry on supporting PP and their destruction of the most defenseless and innocent of human beings.

On the same day in the next month my congregation will be both having members walking in a Walk for Life to support a local Pregnancy Crisis Center and having other members involved in a massive 2 church World Hunger Day yard sale where tens of thousands of dollars will be collected to help feed the poor. And we are not the exception. We don't have to imagine that world. We live it.
 
What I want to know from all you supporters of all this - do you even have a line? A point that's just too far for them to go even for you to support?

All well and good if you think a nickel and dime fund raiser will take care of hungry kids and helps you sleep.

funny thing Bedell, you vote and support pols that vote down meaning full funding for little things like, school lunches, food stamps foreign aid and fight tooth and nail against organizations like the UN that do provide meaning full funding for the hungry. So one second after the cord is cut you shouldn't cut open the face to extract the brain; one second before - "sure go right ahead." Brilliant. My suspicion is that the cord was unattached with this child.

Oh, and after the cord is cut, the child is unsupported? If mom's support is your critical factor why don't you grant the child "humanhood" after they can feed themselves? Wouldn't it be great to give guardians and the government more time to decide on whether or not to cut them up for scientific research? Oh, and that way you get to dehumanized a bunch of other unfit organisms. Such is your logic. Such is your heart.

One more thing - you asked earlier, "who's talking about infanticide?" Guess what? You are. You are for it. Might as well go ahead and add in euthanasia. It'd help our bottom line to go ahead and put down a bunch of old folks with serious health issues. After all they are costing the system and they aren't really productive.

If you consider in range of $50-70k "nickels and dimes" well, we live in different worlds. I wonder what you do with your nickels and dimes. I wonder what you do to feed the poor. I wonder if you volunteer your time to food banks and soup kitchens. I wonder if any such are in your yearly budget. Without the church, I wonder how many thousands and thousands of local food banks and kitchens would be gone. Why do you think it necessary to denigrate and dismiss it all? Why do you think I wouldn't do work with Habitat for Humanity? It's only one steeped in liberal-propaganda and talking points that does that. As for Habitat for Humanity - yes I've done things with them as well. Many Christians do you know. How about you? Or is it just the government that can do these things, using other peoples money and time? Only government that can do anything "meaning full" [sic].

I've admitted I don't have a strong position on abortion, but for ****'s sake, if the baby is out of the womb crying, it's a ******* person, cord or no cord.

And yet the "progressives" are the ones who smugly assume the moral high ground, telling us that they're the ones who are truly compassionate.
 
And throw out the canard that pro-lifers don't care about feeding hungry children.

57's higher ground is the shoreline of the Dead Sea.
