Innocent? Not guilty of any crime but that doesn't make a person innocent. I don't know the specifics about this guy but if he had any role in denying people life saving care to increase profits that's pretty far from innocent.

I’m not claiming it isn’t crazy, I’m claiming it isn’t a type of crazy unique to this generation of young people and that you just saw a poll result that you figured you could make about Academia and leftists radicalizing people. 10 years ago people were making the same claim about my age group as we also went to those liberal institutions in droves, and your own poll already shows a majority of that age group finding it unacceptable. You’ve also shown that 12% of Republicans and 16% of Independents feel the same, which ends up being a difference of about 10-20 total more people and use that to call Democrats violent. You’re right about the killing not being justified, but maybe sometimes you can use your ****ing brain for a half second before parroting stupid talking points to justify your world view.

Based on the entirety of human history, literally just wait ten years and they’ll figure it out. A lot of people have a lot of anger about healthcare and their economic status and a lot of people are really stupid. Younger people tend to be poorer and more radical, and I think you’re dramatically overreaching to ascribe this so directly to Leftists and Academics.

So if I'm tracking and using my brain - the people freshest out of academia are consistently and historically "really stupid"

And that's not a reflection of academia - which just so happens to be 90%+ full of leftists

Correlation does not imply causation. I think the insulation from the real world contributes and have long agreed with you that college attendance and funding is dramatically bloated, but this does not directly imply that leftist ideology or higher education is becoming more violent or radical.
