Why Academics Leftists and Elitists Need to Treat Ordinary Americans With Respect

Bob who process payments still wants to make it home by 5pm to eat dinner with his family. He’ll probably look up a few Excel tricks to make his life easier if he has to do the work of two people now.

Yup. There is not much incentive to adopt best practices in government. An occasional shakeup can work wonders. DOGE is well-timed in the sense we have this amazing technology being developed right now that is going to make everyone much more productive. Hopefully, they can keep their eye on the ball and avoid chasing the shiny objects associated with the culture wars and other ideological divides. The early returns don't make me too optimistic. But there is a scenario under which DOGE ends up accomplishing some good.

Not a week ago this guy was saying how sketchy it was

Guess he didn’t want to be wrong again lol

eh...DOGE has its dodgy aspects. Which I think endanger its chances for success.

I'm not rooting against it. For example, see post 213 on page 11 of the DOGE thread (posted January 22) where I posted an article about how it was proceeding and noted that the narrowing of its mission increased its chances for success.

As someone who thinks government accomplishes a lot of good in many areas, I have a strong interest in seeing its work done efficiently. I don't want taxpayer money spent badly.

I have a genuine question for nsacpi, our academic with a PhD

At what booster did you stop and when did you stop wearing your face diaper?

This is a question for academic research... i am trying to quantify how retarded our academics are

I would presume you would have no hesitations answering those questions, because you still are following the science

There was a time where our PhD bragged about forcing kids to wear multiple masks and not allow them to drink water in class

When nsacpi refuses to answer the question above due to his cowardness, we can all take solace in the fact he's both an idiot and an a scared little bitch

eh...i like your question about how many genders there are better

but i get an annual booster for the flu and covid...usually in the fall but December this year

as for my students...i have few prohibitions...they can drink any beverage of their choice

what was the event where you stopped forcing your 19 year old kids to wear masks in your presence? When daddy government told you it was safe?

it was when tap and thethe shared their research findings on ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine

that was a gamechanger (was the favored phrase if i recall correctly)

I don't get what you're so ashamed of. You're an academic. What was your process to determine it was now safe for 19 year olds to remove their face diaper? I'm sure you had a great critical process to determine what was once deadly is now safe

if random internet message board posters can predict this, why can't our academics, experts, and politicians do it to? Are they dumb or just evil? What's worse?

why would we be dumb enough to think an academic has the capacity to adjust their priors?

Playing it safe with the straddle. With your record, probably smart
