After all these months of assuring me that I was the dumbest poster here you just change horses, just like that. I can be stupider than that guy, you're not even giving me a chance.
You're fickle. A fickle ****wit.

We lost Zach Bird (RP) in the rule 5.
So now Paco is the only player left from the trade not to be named?

So pipeline can finally take him off our 30 man prospect list...So, who will they replace him with? These are my guesses. They're out of date anyways, but I still look over there.
Dylan Moore
Drew Harrington
Abraham Gutierrez
Caleb Dirks
Matt Withrow
Juan Yepez
Kade Sivicque

Not that I'm the least bit optimistic about this now, given the hauls the White Sox have gotten in their other trades at this Winter Meetings, but realistically what would we likely have to give up to get Quintana OR the 3b guy, Frazier. Either or both I guess. I look forward to you guys' expert opinions on this.![]()

I may be the only one, but I have zero interest in Frazier. The guy has power and has proven it in his career. But I would rather have Garcia who will hit for a higher average than a guy that hit .230ish last year.

I won't claim to be an expert, but I'll give my opinion.
Looking at their prospects I think they'd be looking for left handed pitching and infielders. They'd want a deal based around Albies and Newcomb. The only way it would work out for us if if they'd be willing to go with quantity over quality, but they really don't need to trade Quinatana
Somebody has to want him to trade him.
Braves don't think it was pointless.
So IF we were to include Albies, Newcomb, and 2 or 3 other good quality (but not the very best) prospects could we reasonably expect to acquire both Quintana and Frazier, if we wanted both that is?
Then comes the question should we give up a lot for one/both of these players?

sure but i find it hard to believe someone out there wouldn't give up something for him if the best hitting prospect and others can fetch adam eaton
