There’s a difference between the standard of proof in sending someone to prison vs. placing them in charge of sending people to prison.

I just like to call out Strug for the same behavior he accuses me of.

2 years ago there was nothing to this to the point he mocked leftists. Now fast forward two years and stage 4 TDS all of a sudden the 'rumors' are valid enough to dsicuss.

Drug users are largely the victim in the drug trade. So no, your analogy does not hold water. And penalties for illegal drug use have largely been reduced nation wide while penalties for soliciting sex have largely increased. So yes, there is moral difference and literally every state has made that distinction in relation to its laws.

Drug users are not victims (aside from when durgs are puirposefully laced to kill them). Its a choice many of us make becuase we enjoy the activity.

Multiple members of congress have commented on his issues since that post. McCarthy was investing him for it so he led the charge to dump him (then turned around and endorsed Scalise), he is being investigated again as we speak, and this nomination potentially allows him to escape the punishment of this investigation, which is very convenient

Now, it all might just be a which hunt for the junior congressman from Florida for many years, but there is a **** ton of smoke here.

So again, my point is, I'm not sure what qualifies this guy to be the dude who takes down the deep state. We can do better, with the added benefit of not dealing with someone who potentially has a lot of dirt on him to blackmail with

Yes, drug users are the victims. How TF is this even a discussion.

Drug pushers prey upon addicts. This isn't even an opinion. It's fact that is held by every single department, every single state government, and every single police department. It's largely the reason why state governments every in the US have reduced criminality on drug charges for possession.

Jesus Christ, just for one day. Just one day, do a ride along with the police. You are so far removed from reality it is ridiculous.

You know exactly what cult you're in. You convinced yourself Trump coudln't win (Biggest landslide for a republican in ages). You thought Iowa primary would be close (They never polled me). You thought Romney was more popular than Trump (PERCENTAGE VOTE). You were 100% sure 2020 was stoeln and then went back on it.

But to actually defend the acts themselves is a new sort of low I didn't think I'd actually see from thethe.

Who is the victim here even in the worst case scenario.

I'll help you out. There was no victim and nobody is accusing Gaetz of wrongdoing or abuse.
 
I don't know what the truth is on the Gaetz thing but when the so-called Ethics Committee starts leaking this stuff to the public on purpose I begin to question if this is all political.
