Sasaki deal is 6.5, which the dodgers didn't have to spend. Who treaded them pool money and for what?
I’m sure MLB gave them a gift. Or better yet, they deferred it until 2098

25 days until pitchers and catchers report. Today would be a good day for AA to make a real major league addition to this team.
If I were Flaherty's agent, I'd be blowing Toronto's phones up. They'd probably give him whatever.

Arenado wants to be a Dodger.
I would not be surprised if they got him, put Muncy at 2nd, and made Kim a utility man.
He can't hit anymore. Sure, get him
Agreed- that would be a lackluster move.
I bet they get Murakami next year, even though his production has tailed off a bit in Japan.

Who pays the price if the Dodgers don’t win 120 games and the World Series?
Eh, they're used to choking... much like us during our 90s run.
The Dodgers have basically got what would have been the roster equivalent of the Big Three plus Pedro/Randy Johnson along with Bonds and AROD added to Chipper and company.
They're good, but not that good. You really comparing smoltz, Maddux, glavine, Randy, and Pedro to their starters? Yeah, I'd take the 90s group hands down. Who the hell they got the level of Barry? There's never anyone Barry's level, but Barry. Throw in chipper and a rod, and I don't see it.
