It’s not a “figment of the imagination” …it’s a loose collection of radicals and idiots with no formal org structure. Its existence in some general sense is not what’s at issue here. You’re moving the goalposts. The question is about whether the federal government can produce evidence to prove the “vast underlying organization funding.” That was the question which Miller (and you) dodged.

The key word being “seem.” You could be right, or you could be wrong. Which is where the whole showing evidence to prove the case before just accepting the guilty verdict thing comes into play. I don’t know why this is so controversial.

This is a wonderful defense of Jack Smith and the Biden Administration investigation of Republican Senators regarding the J6 probe. They just couldn’t help it, can’t disrupt that active investigation, right?

It doesn’t take a particularly high percentage of a city’s residents to form a giant protest, there’s a bunch of people out there with their own independent money to travel to nearby cities, and social media alerts people to all of it. If you truly want to stop the “funding” for some of these things, you’d probably have to root out the trust fund kids interested in social causes.

Irrelevant to whether or not we’d hear about it based on your rules, and perhaps even contradictory because then Jack Smith would know for sure if he needed to run or conceal evidence.
