No - I think it is actually an unfortunate potential outcome for that kid. But that’s because blacks are more likely to be violent criminals. It’s not because I’m avoiding renting to a group of people that are terrible with money.
 
And you know this due to your personal experience?
How about basic economic data? How about their values associated with a stable family? How about culturally where they have much more respect for others.

You guys can pretend all you want but you know these things are true.
 
That’s because races have attributes that tend to be similar. One is athletic ability. Another is IQ.

And if for some crazy reason your life depended on properly picking a race and saw a similar white and black man as the options you’d pick the black man every single time.

Outliers are of no interest to me. A gas station attendant from an Indian family would be harder working and more responsible than an equivalent black man.
 
You said systemic racism is alive and well. Youve yet to show me where, except where it benefits black people soecifically. But that was not your gripe
I believe a system wherein the property owners make decisions based solely on racial prejudice to be an example systemic racism.
