I would say some people are obsessed. Both with highlighting it and with denying its presence and ongoing effects.

And I think it's clearly a both sides issue. Too much of the right engages in the same type of race essentialist nonsense that comes from the Ibram Kendi's and other odious figures on the BLM left.

I have learned to be skeptical of anything out of the Trumpco mouth.
So yes, the legal process may find this to be so . History has taught us this group has a history of preemptively attaching blame to others for practices they them selves freely use

I wonder what is the racial composition of the population of consumers that have driven this decision making...... Hint, probably the same composition that requires us to have baby formula locked away / Toobrushes / etc.....

But sure, we can spend countless hours/days/weeks/years skirting around the issue slapping you in the face. Y'all are GOOD PEOPLE!
 
Fuentes is a clown - There can be a very data driven conversation that shows that the African American population is driving an outweighed percentage of small/large crime which is resulting in a much lower level of trust in society. We should use that data to make changes that actually work.
