2 starters in Dale and Jose, 2 rotation guys in Larkin and Ellington with Larkin being a nice young prospect PLUS 2 picks, PLUS you take Felton

HAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAAH

Not a franchise saving deal but that is going to help a hell of a lot to keep Melo there.

I'm just shocked that the Mavs would make this deal. you watched last year...Chandler was awful. Felton is a complete negative.

Just saw the proposed deal with Dallas and New York. There has to be something that Dallas is getting that isn't being reported. I mean that is a such a terrible deal for Dallas to make. Are Felton or Chandler expiring contracts or something?

You don't realize that you if believe argument A (Lebron is great), then naturally you would believe argument B (Heat lost bc his teammates suck)

Thats not the point.

yeezus said OKC shoulda been able to beat SA because they had Russ and KD but now it's because Miami as a team sucks when they lose to the same freaking team.

The hypocriticy is amazing.

Chandler is expiring, Felton is too i believe but might have a player/team option next year.

Still, there has to be something we dont know.

They basically gut their team to get Chandler?

I don't know if he did. We can only guess at that point.

But, Lebron is not going to the highest bidder. He is going to the best situation to have the best chance of winning a title. Does that make him evil? No....but I still think that after so much success with one team that you should do eveyrthing you can to make it work moving forward.

Someone gets it, spot on.

Probably just pre-draft bull but supposedly Miami wants Perk.

Doubt it happens.

Great deal for the Knicks if thats true, no idea what the Mavs are thinking.

Listen, I love Tyson, one of my favorite Knicks...everything about him is just great BUT....he looked finish last year. Dallas is obviously going for one more run with Dirk, they also have cap space for a max guy. So Dirk / Tyson / max guy isn't horrible. They did take SAS to 7.....with all that being said,

Phil fleeced the Mavs.

If they cant get Melo/Bron, who is out there?

Lowry perhaps?

Reports are the Knicks could be looking to flip Dalembert and Larkin...the only potential landing spot I saw mentioned was...Thunder! Phil is coming for you, thethe...

Yes, if KD and Russ were both top 5 players, they should have been able to win.
If LeBron is playing with Russ, it's a wrap. He's a much better player than anyone on that Heat team outside LeBron, and by miles.
The word is hypocrisy, and it's not at all hypocritical.

Brilliant post.

Lebron needs to figure out a way to make it work in Miami. Thats the bottom line. Duncan has been in SA for 17 seasons and won 5 titles. Lebron has been in Miami for 4 years and won 2 titles. Poor Lebron.

LOL Duncan was drafted to the freakin' Spurs who already had DAVID ROBINSON and the best coach of all-time. EASY to be loyal when you're drafted in to literally the BEST possible situation. LeBron wouldn't have left and would have won the same amount or more if he were lucky enough to end up in San Antonio. Give me a break. Surely you don't need this explained to you. Yeah, Duncan is so loyal and LeBron isn't. Easy to have loyalty when you're in Duncan's position. Think he'd have stayed in Cleveland? LOL.

Is that wrong?

Thats how it is.

He's better than MJ when they win, it's the teams fault when they lose, it's never his fault when they lose, ever.

You don't understand logic in the least.

He's the best player in the game. Sure, he has bad games and they may lose some because of them. But they didn't lose to SA in 5 because of LeBron. They lost because there simply wasn't enough around him. Every player needs help. MJ in his prime doesn't beat the Spurs with that Heat team. So does that mean it would've been Jordan's fault they lost? Nope.

That's BS. They were good enough to easily win the Eastern Conference. They just got out-hussled and out-played by S.A.

The Eastern Conference though?
And yes, they did. LeBron didn't so much. But he was the only guy that showed up every night. Can't win against a team like the Spurs with 1 consistent player.

Duncan nearly left SA AFTER WINNING A TITLE.

No one remembers that.

I wont harp on Bron until i see what he does.

He probably is, they still dont beat SA if you swap Russ for Wade.
