NBA Thread

Thethe is the only one that knows anything about basketball on here.

Well considering how you guys discount how important rim protection is I would say I know more than you guys.

Look at what SA did to the Thunder (without Ibaka) and the Heat. They got everything they wanted based off of penetration.

Ibaka for Love wouldnt be good.

For one, contract status.

Two, yes, rim protection, Love cant play defense that well, good rebounder, thats about it.

They've been hit by the injury bug the last 3 years.

Teams that have top 10 centers, all world power forward, the best Fa signing in the NBA, and a starting caliber point guard.

Thethe never said Adams was top 10 now.

Ibaka is all-world on defense, he needs RW/KD.

Morrow was a good signing but they need RW/KD.

Jackson is a beast but is getting overworked right now given they have no other options worth a damn.

Good to see the Wizards are so much better than the Hawks. Oh wait.

He's 28th in offensive rebound rate

He's 43rd in defensive rebound rate

He's 39th in total rebound rate

He's 41st in VA

He's 40th in EWA

He's 45th in PER

Any advance metric you look at, he's been a bottom 10 center.

And thats why I said after 2 years. I know my basketball and I understand that Adams has a long ways to go. I also see the type of talent that he has.

I'm sure you don't watch the Thunder (why would you?) but they will throw the ball into Adams about 5-7 times a game into the low post and he is able to score somewhat effectively. This is just in his second season. Lets see what happens whne all the attention is on KD/RW and see how he blossoms.

The low rebounding rate is because of how much zone the Thunder are playing this year.

Hawks 1-0 against the mighty Wizards though. With Horford and Korver essentially doing nothing. On the road mind you.
