If the thunder had tyson chandler theyd be better than the heat.

Without him rockets>spurs>grizz>clippers>okc

Heat>Pacers>Bulls>Nets>Cavs>Knicks.

We dont have the same expectations though. You guys should be championship contenders. Most kncks fans know making the east finals will be tough. The cavs go as KI goes. Hes the team.

Brandon Jennings to the Pistons in a sign/trade for Brandon Knight.

Interesting.

Are the Thunder not championship contenders?

They have two really good bigs. The smith signing was meh. Most det fans want dumars gone. Wonder if this deal changes their mind.

Well yeah, but so are several other teams in the west.

I'm happy with the team having a realistic shot at the championship. If things continue to go to plan and KD/RW/Ibaka get better (which they have every year since they stepped into the league) then I don't see why the Thunder wouldn't be considered the favorites in the West.

Obviously.

Not many of them have two arguably top 5 players in the league though, or top 10.

We saw whatt happened when they lost one of them though. The rockets, clips, grizz, am spurs jave good teams. Well see how the rockets play together.

Where would you put harden, top 15, 20, 30?

You overrate ibaka.

And Miami would be in the same situation if they lost James or Wade. They won't win a title if they lost one of those two players.

Same with th Spurs in losing Parker or TD.

So your point is mute.

Harden around 15-20.

Harden is definitely top 15 but I think you could sneak him in the top 10. Harden is an amazing basketball player. I don't miss him as the person but I sure as hell miss watching him play every night.

Doesnt mean you dont overrate him. You mention him with rw and kd like he is as important or impactful a player as tjey are.

Well he isn't as good as them but when you watch any Thunder game Ibaka has a massive impact on the game. He is not just a shot blocker anymore. He is a legitimate top defensive big in the league. Ibaka was a really raw player when he came into the league and has made himself into a fine player. He does a great job at getting better at a differnt part of his game each year. This year I think he will show some post moves.

Hes a good player and has improved every uear I agree. Especially with his jump shot. Hes not the difference between them w/l a title though. If he develops a post game, along with his d and jumper it will only help okc. Thats wjat they are missing, a post game. To me they are still missing something to compete withe the lebrons.
