Well you also preferences that post with a "Matty Melt" post.
It's a very obvious troll job and a poor one at that.
Sure he threw two picks (one wasn't a poor throw), but he threw for 300 yards with 8.8 YPA. That's excellent. Comparing it to garbage Cousins is laughable.
Lighten up. Matty doesnt melt until he plays outdoors in the playoffs.

Gruden is leagues better than Dilfer, but he can be a tough listen as well.
I have always liked Tirico though. He's solid.

One of his more middling games. Had a few ducks come out that allowed the defender to close and missed that ball up the sideline for a long gain (under thrown by about 2 feet) and the pick in the EZ was under thrown by about 2 feet as well.

Maxwell could end up being just average. Of course he looked great in Seattles defense, and he had Sherman on the other side. He has average players all over this Eagles' secondary.
Dez would've had a FIELD DAY against him next week. Too bad.

I bet ESPN has coached him to do that. Ever since he started doing that Dilfer's Dimes segment on Sportscenter, he's been yelling and getting all douchey excited over nothing. Trying to be like Gruden except at least you can tell Gruden is genuinely like that.

Matty Melt came in as the 23rd ranked QB in week 1 based on pro football focus so maybe you should put some homer glasses down and trust me. As I said, he wasn't great or terrible; somewhere in between.
Niners were much better than I expected, but I think it was partially due to the problems of the Vikings OL (tons of injuries) and they lost their best defensive player very early (Floyd) and got zero pass rush. The OL looked good and Hyde looked awesome, but they will be held back by the QB. Impressive defense by them; Mangini might save the coaches job.
