Or he's really fine and just trying to piggyback on some guys that are truly having issues and grab some cash.

Little exercise to see how the draft evaluations change things throughout the process:

Who would you expect your team to select at their draft position right now?

Who would you most LIKE to see them select at their draft position right now?

Reggie Ragland would sure look good in the Red\Black IMO.

We need a TE, pretty badly even though Tamme was fine. We need a #2 WR, and a TE on offense.

On D we need LB, DE, FS.

Leonard Floyd OLB is kind of who I expect, or Coleman the WR.

Luckily we are in a position to just draft BPA.

Who I expect SF to draft at 7 would be the top cornerback available. Ramsey, Hargreaves (sp), or Alexander maybe.

Who I want them to take at 7 is Laquon Treadwell.

I am completely befuddled how to fix the Falcons. They aren't necessarily strong anywhere, so they could really serve to get help at pretty much any position.

Which is why I wouldn't be totally against trading out of the first round and loading up on draft picks. Falcs have a big time depth problem.

I expect the Titans to take Tunsil. I would rather trade back or take Bosa. But I wouldn't mind Tunsil if that was the pick.

I take BPA. DOesn't really matter. Unless it's a QB, RB, or CB we can utilize the player somewhere. DT would probably be the other spot I wouldn't want to take someone. I'm hoping DE, WR, or TE. OL has some holes but none are gaping. TE, WR, and DE need the biggest help, but I'm hoping for a top 10 pick LB to drop.

Really a shame Roddy fell so hard. I thought he had a few more years. I think Hardy is gonna be a good slot receiver, we just need that possession receiver for the number 2, Thomas and Treadwell look like they could more than handle that position.

Current weather forecasts for the championship games Sunday:

Patriots vs. Broncos in Denver:
Sunday A slight chance of rain showers before 2pm, then snow showers likely, possibly mixed with rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 46. Light and variable wind becoming north northwest around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Sunday Night Snow likely, mainly before 8pm. Cloudy, with a low around 25. North northwest wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Cardinals vs. Panthers in Charlotte:
Sunday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 24. Light southwest wind.

Predictions:

AFC Championship:
My concerns for the Patriots, at least to me, are an inconsistent secondary and an offensive line that has been banged up. I'd be a bit more concerned about the line with the Broncos pass rush ability. However, this is still Tom Brady and it is the playoffs. This is where he shines. On the Broncos offense, is Manning healthy enough to lead Denver to a win? I would expect the Patriots to ramp up the pressure on him. In the end, I think Brady makes one or two more plays and we can officially begin the speculation on whether it was Peyton's final game in the NFL.
Patriots 20, Broncos 17

NFC Championship:
First off, the Panthers learned that you have to play a complete game. The Seahawks almost had an incredible comeback last week. You have to believe Ron Rivera has pounded that point home. Obviously, Cam Newton has had a big season and will likely win the MVP award this season. He will make at least a couple big plays in this game. Cardinals have to limit that obviously. The key to me is how will Arizona handle the Panthers pass rush. The Packers got some pressure on Carson Palmer last week. Panthers are more than capable of putting a lot of heat on the quarterback. The Cardinals are a great team, but I think the Panthers have a bit more rounded team and the game in Charlotte. Another close one I think, but in this one, the home team gets the edge.
Panthers 24, Cardinals 21

Pats and Cardinals. Panthers are a really good team. I just think Arizona overall is a hair better. To win Carolina has to get to Palmer early and often. GIve him enough time and he'll throw all day.

If the Saints have to play the Broncos next year I would just sit Brees. Not worth it to get hurt for a game we probably couldnt win anyways.

I am a diehard bleeding blue and orange Bronco fan. But I have to say this:

Coach Belicheck, Tom Brady and the Defensive coordinator talk to Manning at length.

Props to them manning up, no pun intended.
