This might be the best offensive collection of weapons Peyton ever had. Yes, even better than Harrison/Wayne/Clark/James.

I just don't understand people like you that jump to conclusions based on such little data. Do you remember how good James was? Or Harrison/Wayne/Clark for that matter? They also had Pollard and Stokley.

Thomas is a great talent, that's for sure. But Welker is a bit player. Harrison and Wayne were 2 insane talents. You're right that Peyton made them better, but they're amazing talents. Harrison and Wayne at their peak were insane.

Are you trying to say Welker is better than D. Thomas? If so, you are an effin retard.

He is pretty devoid of weapons and his best offensive lineman went down yesterday in addition to his second WR.

Denver had trouble rushing until the second half, and plus he was all over the place... even to his backup Wrs, he was very inaccurate.

BeBe has a chance to be better than both. Neither one of those guys is less than a three day horseback ride from Thomas after the catch ability.

Peyton can make Austin Collie relevant. Its the QB not the WR for the most part in that relationship. Peyton, Brady, and Rodgers can throw you open.

Drew Brees has a bunch of late rounders, but guess what... they produce too.

How much if their ability can be attributed to having arguably the best QB of all time?

I agree....a lot of it is the QB no doubt. But, D. Thomas is a freak that produced with one of the worst QB's in history throwing him the ball.

Wayne had a big year last year. And a solid year the year before with Curtis Painter at QB.

I'm not staging they were bums but I'm sure lots of other receivers with talent would have become hall of famers having manning in his prime

Wayne and Harrison were great. They're an example of putting a great WR with a great QB and the magic that can happen.

They can't just throw you open. While a great QB makes his receivers better, the receivers still need ability.

No he doesn't have the running back. But let's wait and see how good these ski guys are when they have more time with Manning.
