If the Northeast governors didn't invoke policies to wipe out the most vulnerable, the US would stack up among the worlds best in this pandemic.

For the sunbelt states it will interesting to see how the numbers have evolved...for the NE states the large majority of the deaths had already happened by then.
Latest number from Mississippi is 47%. A little lower than the 51% in the map. I imagine most states have improved some on that number, but probably not much.
