They have a decent case for malicious prosecution. The Democrats dont play dirty like the Republicans or there would be an investigation into Durhams investigation. Durham had a great reputation going into the investigation but he really showed his political bias in these trials. I cant say for certain there was misconduct in his investigation but I think it should get the same scrutiny the Russia investigation got. I would be shocked if Durham didnt make have a similar bias at Strozk. It would be a much bigger story because Strozk was one spoke in a wheel while Durham was driving the car. Strozk was removed when it was revealed and I think Durham was appointed specifically because of his political bias against Hillary.

Putin has gained something he probably never even dreamed was possible. A major US party sympathetic to him.



Two of Putins main goals were to destroy peoplesngaith in US democracy and for the US to withdraw from NATO. He has succeeded on the first part and theres a good chance Trump withdraws from NATO if he won a second term.




Trump might not have been compromised by Russia but he sure was acting like it. Correct me if I am wrong but all sanctions were levied by Congress while Trump cried about it and successfully managed to delay some of them. Trump wasnt able to do everything he wanted regarding Russia like inviting them back into the G8 and expanded trade with them. Bybhisbown admission he was blocked from doing those things because of the perception he was compromised by Russia. Trump had to walk on egg shells with Russia because he still had to win re-election. Who knows what Trump would have done once he no longer needed votes.

They are literally the same thing. The difference is the politically motivated Durham was running the investigation after being appointed by a partisan AG that was appointed by Trump. The Russia investigation was started by a non political appointee with approval by a Republican FBI director and after Comey was run by a Republican Bob Mueller who was actually extremely fair to Trump. The equivalent of the Durham investigation woild have been if Eric Holder appointed Adam Schiff to run the Russia investigation.

Not even close to the same thing because Durham wasn't caught doing anything underhanded.
 
Wasnt caught because no one looked. He displayed a clear bias during the trials and I think theres a good case for malicious prosecution which unfortunately has an extremely high bar to reach. The guy called his witnesses and then tried to impeach his own witnesses credibility. I dont think Sussman or Igor even called any witnesses. And they were found not guilty in less than a full days deliberation. A clear political stunt.

The amount of support from Republicans for Russias aggression is unprecedented.
 
We aint in a war. Ukraine is. Just letting Putin invade whoever he wants isnt going to stop him from invading more countries. What we are doing with Ukraine is preventing future aggression. One of Putins state goals is taking back all the countries that broke off from the USSR. He might stop to regroup his military for a few years after taking Ukraine, but he has no intentions of stopping there.

Putin didn't do **** til the minute trump left office.

Now we are sending endless amounts of weapons to help the Nazis fight the Russians. While the president has said this is wartime and we are the brink of nuclear Armageddon.

How is trump not preferable to this?

He showed zero bias. Like I said the DC area is the only reason those guys got off. The DC area is also why people get charged and sent to jail even after being invited in by the capital police or why Clinesmith was treated with kid gloves. Any other lawyer who did what he did is jailed and disbarred.

You can speculate Putin wouldnt have invaded Ukraine but thats all it is, speculation. Just like I can speculate the coronavirus is dealt with much earlier by any other President and doesnt get out of China. We can both play this game. The one thing that is indisputabe is that if the virus happened during Obama's term Trump would have claimed it wouldnt have happened. Trumps claimed everything bad the last 100 years wouldnt have happened if he was in office at the time. Its his shtick. No one with an IQ above retard believes Putin was in any way shape or form scared of Trump. All evidence points to it being the other way around. But do go on and tell me how the guy who almost **** himself next to Putin and then was made to rephrase his statement later when Putin wasnt around was preventing Putin from doing anything. Dude looked like a scorned kindergartner reading an apology to the class.

Your opinion is completely detached from reality. You clearly dont know jack**** about law enforcement misconduct if you think Clinesmith's **** would get jail time. Personally, I think it should, it should get that person years in prison, but the reason it didnt is because there was no damage done to Carter Paige as a result of what he did. Thats how little your rights are worth. I dont think it should work that way but it does. I support changing that. Maybe you should be asking why no Republicans support making prison mandatory for doing what Clinesmith did.
