Dodgers signed Jason Heyward to a minor league deal. I'm sure he will be on the MLB roster
Per Goold, the Athletics’ ask in talks with the Cardinals included outfielder Lars Nootbaar, third-place Rookie of the Year finisher Brendan Donovan, and a near-MLB pitching prospect such as Gordon Graceffo.
Think one of the up-down gang of staters we have is enough for Ahmed Rosario?
i can’t really figure out why they’d trade Rosario.
they’re also good at developing pitchers.
I don't know much about them, but I've read here that they have a SS ready to go that's good
The Guardians have a three options at SS. They could slide Gimenez over from 2B and they have Freeman and Arias about ready to make the jump. Rosario is arbitration-eligible and he's a free agent after the 2023 season. Guardians may want to both avoid a big arbitration deal and they will likely lose him after next season anyway.
This is important to remember:
BRAVES FAN
1:57 Can you give me some good news on anything?
Anthony Franco
1:58 Even if the Braves lose Swanson and don't make a major addition, they'll go into the 2023 season with a top five roster in MLB
Our fans do this every single year. Other teams make big moves, Braves stay quiet. AA does what he usually does and we win the division. Rinse, repeat. Roster as of now is still very good but needs another piece.
Mets also sign David Robertson to a one-year, $10M deal. Wake up, AA lol
shh, let me be reactionary dammitWe have two holes, SS and LF. Our BP is fine, as is the rotation. Mets had way more work to do than we did.
