I am asking you for a news story that the people reporting knew was false at the time. A new story about what Fauchi said is not a news story they knew was false at the time even if Fauchi was telling a lie. Lets break this down. Fox News was caught reporting that dominion voting machines stole the election for Biden while privately admitting that the claims were BS. Now you show me the equivalent of that. Dr. Fauchi is not news media. He doesnt make news reports. What you did was just take a giant partisan **** and present it as if it was evidence. Show a real equivalent.

I'm just wondering if the claim in the case is that its defamation and the underlying defamation is that the machines may have been fraudulent how could htat not be tested as part of discovery. If they do find issues then isn't defamation off the table?

If it does go that far look for Dominion to pull out as fast as possible because as we know from their own employees the source code is ****.

No doubt. One computer expert said he could teach a kindergartner to break into a machine with Dominion software in 15 minutes. I'm assuming that's hyperbole but we know Dominion is crap.

Yup - I'm surprised they pushed the case as far as they have so far. Its all about pushing the Big Lie so they are probably under strict orders from the globalists.
