If this holds in court most of the MSM will be in deep trouble themselves in the future.

The judge himself doesn't seem to understand the technology because these machines can be easily hacked to change votes.

from where i sit there seems to be a clear difference between MSM behavior and what happens at Fox

i don't think the MSM has a thing to fear from any precedents that might be set in this case

as for the judge he's obviously an idiot who is probably from DC...what can i say

maybe the Supreme Court (with 6 rather conservative justices by my count) will step in and ensure justice is done in this and other cases

Fox news gets sanctioned by Judge for withholding evidence in discovery. I know some of you are slow and you are probably angrily typing "But so and so witheld evidence to a grand jury so when thats gonna get sanctioned". Big difference between grand jury and discovery. A fox producer gave recordings of pre-interviews with guests that she gave to Fox's lawyers to turn over which they did not. I cant wait until this judgement drops and all these people who complained about the fake news are going to cry that this is an attack on the medias right to lie to the American people.

No it's because Fox didn't produce evidence during pre-trial.

When this all settles, it will be funny to see how pantsed fox gets. Only way they come out on top here is if they win and Dominion has to pay their legal fees.

But considering GRossberg seems to be going nuclear on fox, I think Fox may wind up in proper dog **** for this.
 
If Fox didn't show evidence then that's their fault. Yes, considering he's a democrat it's not a surprise Fox will be hammered.
