Hopefully Kaep improved his mechanics and form when it comes to running. He could be faster with improved technique? Thats what people always told me at least.

What if this situation was flipped. Say Kaep had a faster 40 time. But when comparing football speed the argument was since Kaep is already heavier...adding those "12" pounds would have a greater negative affect on the heavier athlete?

Strength doesnt overrule speed. You cant prove that adding x amount of pounds slows someones speed more than the other persons.
