    The Coronavirus, not the beer

Meanwhile, Madonna gets the Clueless Twit of the Month Award for March. Uploads a video talking about how the virus is the great equalizer, making rich and poor the same, while we've been unable to find food for a week and half and she's literally soaking in an entire bathtub full of milk (and...

    The Coronavirus, not the beer

Denying them would pretty much be the definition of cruel and unusual.

African countries are starting to restrict travel from the U.S.... the ****hole countries want us to keep our diseases away.

Shane Greene to Atl being reported

Obviously team payroll plays a large part in that as well. If you're the Yanks or BoSox or Dodgers and you believe that money will probably get you an ace for 3 years, you don't mind ****ting away the money in years 4 and 5. You can afford it.

Maddux missed time that once when a comebacker hit him in the toe near the end of spring training.

    Spring has Sprung

Mustache has already said at least twice that he believes whoever doesn't get the job will go to AAA to start there. It's not completely his decision, obviously, but I'd bet against a utility spot for Camargo regardless.

    C. Yelich possibly re-upping with brewers 9yr/$215

I somehow missed that argument, was that really a common point of discussion? It might be a fair point to wonder if teams can take advantage of someone from an exceptionally poor background (regardless of nation of origin) because they may be might be far more willing to take an immediate...

    C. Yelich possibly re-upping with brewers 9yr/$215

Yeah, the fact that it begins in 2022 and not 2021 does change the calculus a bit. Still pretty friendly, but considering how the FA market has been treating 30 year olds in the last couple or three offseasons, there would probably be more difference between what he could have gotten at 30 and...

    C. Yelich possibly re-upping with brewers 9yr/$215

Just quick, rough, back of the napkin stuff, but I'd put his value in that period around $350 million. So yeah, that's pretty team friendly.

    Dansby Swanson

Based on me thinking Yankee Stadium was still a home run haven. Did they make a change at some point? Because when they first built that thing balls were flying out like it was major leaguers in a little league park.

    Dansby Swanson

It absolutely has to be mentioned, though, that a significant portion of that HR/FB difference is a park effect. Pretty sure Torres hits more flyballs, though.

GDT: Braves vs Orioles. Game on MLB Network at 1 pm

When I had CFA, that's exactly what it was... it looked very much like the McD's fish sandwich. It was a small, blended, formed patty on a bun with a cold, unmelted piece of cheese atop it. That was, emm... sometime between 1984 and 1988, and I haven't been back to a CFA since.
