Who determines who gets what in your system? How does the share gets calculated? How do you motivate someone to study for a decade to so something where their delta in total compensation with a fast food clerk is not worth it?

You keep saying horder. Do you not understand what happens with money that sits in a bank account? Do you think this money sits in a mattress or do you understand that its lent to people to buy homes and start businesses?
