Its important to keep bringing it up because it shows just how 'fair' the justice system rules are. The country has been at each others throats about obstruction while the actual destruction of evidence under subpoena never got the same attention. Why is that?
So, while you think its irrelevant it strengthens the case in Trumps base and potential future independent voters that this whole concept of obstruction was a sham because its selectively applied based on your political/ideological affiliation.

HRC is without a doubt the most investigated person in the history of US.

I have no earthly idea whether Trump is re elected or not.
But this is a strange way to kick off a POTUS re election campaign.
Did she destroy evidence that was under subpoena?

apparently not according to the Trump,Bush43,Bush41 and the Arkansas GOP justice departments.
Or the Gingrich,Boehner or Hastert House committees
Which begs the question, what does Trump have on the history books to justify re-election ?

No - That is not their claim. She was not charged with a crime but she absolutely destroyed evidence under subpoena. This is not a debatable fact.

if she broke the law she would have been charged at least once over the 35 years she has been in the public sphere
Especially over the kurffle made over , fer chrise sakes, the emails.
Then perhaps there wasn't a crime to be charged , or one of the many congressional committees that has looked into it would have suggested to the Trump DOJ to pursue indictment. To the best of my and everyone's knowledge that has not been the case.

All Trump has to show for his 2 1/2 years is a debt to Russia for giving him the keys to the White House. A disasterous foreign policy where Iran is again enriching uranium , a string of for profitconcentration camps all along our southern border and a first edition book ,

Maybe thethe should be asking the OG AG William Barr why he hasnt charged Hillary with a crime if its indisputable. Sessios and Barr are about as biased Right Wing hacks as you ever find and neither even sniffed charging Hillary. I just dont understand how you think Trump is exonerated but Hillary isnt. She atleast testified in person under oath for like 100 hours. Trump couldnt do that for 5 minutes without committing perjury and you know it.
Trump just didn't get the regular exoneration. He got the complete and total exoneration works.
Barr has much bigger fish to fry.
You know - The small thing of using the national security apparatus to spy on an opposing campaign. The little things...
I mean if Hillary and Obama were in cahoots as members of the Deep State then it's a no-brainer.
