Would love to do Waters plus pitching, but I doubt that’s enough to get it done. Probably have to put a catcher or Shewmake in the deal, too.
I think Waters, a non-Anderson P, and one of the catchers is probably enough. But maybe i'm under-valuing Clev.
How does this help Cleveland this year though?

If they need hitting, who can we realistically offer that does help them this year? Obviously not trading Acuna, Albies, Freeman or Ozuna. They don’t need Swanson or Riley. I don’t think anyone else has any value to them.

Waters is better than any OF currently on their roster - especially in CF, and they won't hesitate to start his clock. He and Contreras add a TON of offense for them.
Waters and Contreras make their offense formidable - particularly with that pitching staff.
Waters and Contreras likely trumps other offers. Who's willing to offer that?
Maybe they would want Duvall instead of the throw-in arm? He would be an improvement over what they've had so far in the outfield.
Don't know why the assumption is that Cleveland would want something g for this year back when the clear play to win this year is to keep Clevinger and deal for an OF.
