There is no evidence on the laptop Joe ever agreed to any business dealings with Hunter or his employers. In fact Hunter even specifically mentions Joe emphatically said No. You can imply all you want much like I can imply that Kushners deal with Saudi Arabia is corrupt. Except I am unbiased enough to understand why Jared isn't indicted for it.
