Joe Morgan was beyond awful. My granddaddy hated listening to him so much that used to watch ESPN games on mute, lol

I wasn’t that big of a fan at the time of him, but compared to what Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN is now, I’d take him over the clowns of now

This is where I land.. I never cared for them.. but heads and shoulders above what they have been doing for the last few years... there was, maybe still is some female that is just nails on a chalk board.. I don't think I have watched an espn ball game since before '23...
 
The only baseball fan rite more loved than hating on their team's manager is hating on announcers.

Most people seem to enjoy Gaudin. I love how he sneaks in adult jokes from time to time.

Most announcers are horrible. We complained non-stop for 20 years because Chip Caray was our announcer. No reason to complain much now.

After Pete and Skip and Ernie and Don and Joe we would have complained if freakin’ Frank Sinatra was calling our games
 
Padres are coming into Atlanta on a 6 game losing streak. They are throwing Pivetta, Cease, and King.

Great. Braves haven't hit Pivetta in since before his Boston days.
