Alberto Callaspo Possibly Being Traded

Cahill has not been good for the majority of his career. He's not as bad as his ERA but he walks WAY too many batters for how few Ks he has. Guys who walk 3.5 batters per 9 cannot K 6.17. His only redeeming quality is as a groundball pitcher sometimes those walks get negated, the downside is as a ground ball pitcher you let more hits fall so those walks can be amplified (like we're seeing this year)

Sure, highly unlikely he is a really good starting pitcher but I think a mid rotation innings eater is still possible.

Again, as reported previously, #Dodgers getting major-league pitching in deal. Would expect that Cahill and/or Stults is involved.

Calling Cahill and Stults major leaguers an oxymoron?

Ah yes - another to add to the list. "New Jersey has the best food trucks"

Never said best. Best for when you're really ****ing drunk and want to consume a ton of fat. Just google fat darrell. While it won't be to the normal results you get when you use "fat" online, it will clue you in on the insanity of the grease trucks.

Certainly seems that way. I still believe in Cahil though. If you let him start 20 games I think he will get it together. Just slight mechanical issue with his arm slot that is correctable.

My high school team wouldn't give him 20 starts.

HOw does that work? Do they have to submit the principals to the league office? Can it be amended at all when its in its finalized state?

As far as I know, all trades have to go to commissioners office before being "final" but the components of the deal have reportedly been settled. I'm just shocked nobody knows who it is

Commish gets involved if money above a certain amount (I believe it is 1 mil) changes hands.

I think trades always have a commissioners approval, but I believe only if 1M or more exchanges hands can he veto it. I think if it's just player for player he'd need some kind of unprecedented knowledge of foul play to veto it.
