Mets just lost Megill to what looked like an elbow injury.
Time to take over first

Milwaukee reminds me so much of the Braves in 2014. That team is prime for a major fire sale this winter if they miss the playoffs.
Sad thing for the fans they have is with that starting rotation and bullpen, all they really need is 2 bats and they would be one of the better teams but finacial restraints won’t let them get to that point before they can’t hold on to the pitching when they are due to get paid.
Big time mistake giving Yelich that contract. Dude completely fell off the grid after breaking his knee.

I thought this from the first day of the season. Think come Mid-July they'll be shopping their players.
You have to think Rosario will replace Ford when the time comes.

What value does ford bring? We don't PH, and even if we do, it'll be TDA/Contreras/ozuna depending on who the catcher and DH are that day. Seems like a MIF would be more beneficial. Don't guess it matters much since the braves don't give days off

I would have brought up Tromp so you can DH Contreras with no worries.
I wouldn't be shocked if AA brings in Strange-Gordon. He'd get him for the prorated league minimum. You can put him on the bench with the occasional spot start. Used mainly as a late inning pinch runner
Isn't Deshields a burner also?
