FYI, here are the number of dollar stores in America under MAGA:

2017 - 30,332
2018 - 31,620
2019 - 33,185
2020 - 34,215

You didn't know? None of the results of the first term count. The tarrifs being useless? Didn't count. The deficit spending? Not his fault. Giving immunity to phizer and Moderna for their vaccines? That's just good business!

His NEXT term is when the vision will come to fruition

A really good answer to your question.

It’s certainly the answer I’d expect from people that have been brainwashed by classroom depictions on how it would work in practice.

But this idea would lead to more consolidation of wealth and power and unchecked monopolies. Even worse outcomes for tbe people.

So your preferred solution is a much larger government than the one we have today?

You don't like the answer, but it's an answer. How does MAGA "eliminate collusion between wealthy & government?"

I know that 2 popped up around me since 2018. I certainly live in Rural America. One shut down (residents are super loyal to our main street, coupled with the pre-existance of a Walmart, a different dolalr store and Shaws, they had little shot) and another shut out the opportunity for a proper grocery store in a neighboring town. Funny enough I know multiple businesses who were hassled by DOT because of visibility. Which in Northern New England with lots of hills and twisty roads around hills and mountains, visibility can easily be an issue. But this Dollar tree opened on the top of a hill, on a major highway (literal highway that Bisects Northern New Hampshire from VErmont to Main) around a bend that probably has at most 50 feet of visibility when you're suppoed to have like 500 or something like that.

It's simple.

Create MOAR JOBS and then the problem is solved. No need to bribe anybody bc everyone is doing great and social security is now funded for 500 years!

It's not complicated. MAGA!

The short answer is no society in human history has found a way to eliminate collusion between money & political power. Give me a system that minimizes government and reduces the avenues to cronyism over a system that relies on the benevolence of a game show host, a nightly news anchor, and the collection of real winners they surround themselves with. Especially when the governing philosophy of said game show host is “be favorable to people who are nice to me and oppose people who are big meanies.”

A system that relies solely on minimization of government leads itself to monopolies which are arguably even worse outcomes for Americans. Especially when there is nothing to stop the power brokers from moving means of productions to slave labor countries to increase the bottom line.

he still hasn't explained the maga system that eliminates this

maga economics is quite old

mercantilism is the term

Nonsense - We just don't believe that gutting the countries whole manufacturing base to serve the needs of a communist dictatorship is a good tradeoff.

But yes, ultimately keeping as much of the COGS as possible domestically will benefit the nations PEOPLE as a whole while of course the mathematical formulas that have been agreed upon to determine 'well functioning / efficient' economies will suffer.

the economic theory that trade generates wealth and is stimulated by the accumulation of profitable balances, which a government should encourage by means of protectionism.

What part of that doesn’t describe MAGAnomics?
