The officer didn't give a **** about Garner's life and had little fear that what he was doing was wrong and would get him in trouble.

I saw the chokehold. I'm trained in various chokeholds. What he did would not cause serious bodily harm to most people. Garner had a medical condition, the chokehold itself did not kill him. So no, I don't believe there was intent to cause great bodily harm.

However let me add that I don't see any need for that kind of force to be used in this circumstance. I'm by no means trying to justify the chokehold, regardless of the intent behind it the hold shouldn't have been used.

In fact I said the move shouldn't have been used at all. I said the cop should be indicted. But yeah Sturg, I'm really trying hard to defend that cop...lol. Give me a break.

That all doesn't change the fact that the hold used on Garner would not have seriously injured a healthy person. Why, you ask? Because it wasn't even really a chokehold.

Geez some of you people shouldn't be allowed to talk about something you have no clue about.
