Brown being a good chase of that btw. unarmed black man killed. a few days later, a picture comes out of him with a gun. responses from the 2nd amendment/right wing "he is a thug obviously"
 
So the offical report has Browns blood splattered inside the cop car, and Sharpton is starting to throw a fit because the grand jury can't change the cop.

Sounds like the cop is guilty of murdering the young, innocent kid, for no reason.

He wasn't gonna get charged without an entry wound from the rear. Anything else is largely hearsay to be honest, and the one person who had knowledge of what went on in the car who isn't the defendant is dead. If this wasn't a cop he'd be in jail, but it was and convicting a cop without insane evidence is nearly impossible.

that being said, he still fired at the kid while he was running away according to multiple eye witness reports.

Being shot at and falling down or jerking around can be missinterpreted. Being fired at while running away is something that's been reported several times from several eye witnesses. Again, you're trying to argue something that's been reported many many times. Sure they could be wrong, but truth is the odds are against it.

The odds are they are lying. There is no scientific proof whatsoever that brown was shot while walking away/his back was turned. Not one bit off proof. Nothing. All there is are people's words, one of whom is a proven liar on the stands.
