Of course this is true. You can't be seen as an Uncle Tom.

The resentment in the black community towards the police (with good reason) is so strong that would it surprise anyone if many eye witnesses fabricated a story to implicate a white officer?
 
Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco who reviewed the report for the Post-Dispatch, said it “supports the fact that this guy is reaching for the gun, if he has gunpowder particulate material in the wound.”

Melinek, who is not involved in the investigation, said the autopsy did not support those who claim Brown was attempting to flee or surrender when Wilson shot him in the street.

I find it funny that this story is dying as it becomes more and more clear that officer Wilson was not in the wrong. Got to love the liberal media.

Actually the story was dying as more and more people came out in favor of Brown. It's been dying cause of it's age.

As it is, there's still nothing conclusive with the evidence out there. Likely events for sure, but we don't know what happened. Evens around the incidenct of him reaching for the gun is important. what if Wilson pulled the gun and threatened brown before reaching for the weapon, I could pick a number of scenarios. There's one troublesome thing that I've ran into over and over again is the numerous eyewitness reports that Brown was attempting to escape unarmed and he fired at him. Until there's conclusive evidence that this didn't happen, I don't think he was in the right even in the slightest.

Yeah, Thethe. Don't argue facts and science with Zito. The 'eyewitnesses' are more important than what really happened.

these are the same eyewitnesses who said that Brown was walking away when he was shot, which Zito has alluded to, but the science begs to differ.
