Ferguson....

So how upset are you that Dillon Taylor was killed by a black cop and the cops was not charged?

I said this before in this thread, I don't go out of my way to see the injustice of our criminal justice system, I would become severely depressed if I did. But was the man unarmed? Was he alone? If so then yeah I am.

Yes, he was unarmed. Like Mike Brown, he was not alone.

Will you now call that cop a murderer?

Why haven't you heard about his story?

Stab in the dark guess? He wasn't left dead in the middle of the street for 4 hours, the criminal process proceeded as normal it wasn't gonna be swept under the rug, and so on so forth. ANd a 10 second google search showed me that the cop was wearing a body camera, so I presume the evidence for the cop was much stronger than hearsay.

The police were criticized locally for leaving the kid in the street.

The cop was wearing a body camera. It showed the cop shooting an unarmed white kid in the chest. The kid never even moved toward the cop. The "self-defense" claim by this cop is far weaker than the cop in the Mike Brown case (who was actually punched and had the assailant moving toward him) vs. this kid walking away from the cop and never getting within range to lay his hands on the cop.

But again, there is video evidence of the events around the shooting. There is context. We have no evidence aside from a few bruises on WIlson and some bullets in Brown and some other stuff that basically tells the tale of Wilson got hurt Brown got killed. We have no context as to how BRown was acting, what, if anything, provoked him to attack the officer, etc. There was context for the jury to weigh in on. He got off cause he was a cop, just like Wilson did.

The death of Taylor is less justified than even the worst case scenario for Brown/Wilson. And there is actual proof of it. Spin it all you want, but you know why people haven't heard this story.

Because it was handled fairly normally.

I'm glad you're vigilantly reporting though on the injustice of coverage of white people in the news.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight

Yeah, because that isn't what happened in Fergueson.

Sure thing Zito. You live in your dream world where this uproar was because of a officer doing something wrong. Black eyewitnesses corroborated Wilsons story. These types of situations are always great for the players like Sharpton to keep themselves relevant and their pockets deep.

Yes, these eyewitnesses even said that his hands were never up in the air. Matches what forensics said.
