yes, when he was getting boo'd, wasn't the fact that he just sucked, even if unlucky, he was just going up there and clobbering catchers while looking completely fooled on every pitch. Now he seems to be seeing the ball or guessing right or whatever.

I mean this series he was only 1 for 10 with 3 walks I think.. but he had some good AB's imo even if they didn't produce any hits.
 
Ozuna's walk and k rates in line with 2019-20. His xwoba is .349, and babip is .109.

He's swinging it well imo, and a great evidence of that was moving the runner up yesterday in extras. Ozuna hitting the grounder to the right side was great to see... I feel like he'd have tried to pull a couple weeks ago

With Nozuna starting to feel like a MLB player.. still not holding my breath for him.. but I wonder how they navigate playing time now. You can't have Murphy playing only 50% of the time. TDA 2 DH, 1 catching a week. Twit will have his work cut out trying to get our guys all some AB's.

Is Ozunas defense so bad you can’t platoon him righty/lefty with Rosario ? Frankly, I’d rather Ozuna be LF full time if his D isn’t atrocious

Pillar is playing well also
 
yeah, I think the team wants Pilar/Rosey platoon at this point. Hilliard will be for baserunning and occasional Lefty bat off bench.. maybe spell Ronnie some. Ozuna/TDA are going to be the primary DH going forward at this point. Shew probably gets a spot start here and there. all though, is it right to let shew sit on bench like this. Maybe Ehire comes back when his vacation is done... that way Shew can go back down and get regular ABs.
 
Would be nice if D'Arnaud or Murphy could play 1B to give Olson an occasional break.

But we know Snit is deadset on Olson playing every single game.
 
As much as anyone else I want to see the best team available on the field for every game but I wonder if the best situation for TDA would be medical retirement. One more concussion may be too many for him.
 
I’m so glad to see Travis back but this better not push Sean back into being a platoon player lol so stupid
 
I would think and hope TDA will primarily play DH now with all the concussions. He just may spell Murphy 1-2 days a week depending. Those days I hope Murphy is DHing…
