I think by definition it would be exactly .00whatever% less valuable in bringing about a positive outcome.
 
So the last 3 ABs had EV's of 101, 95.7, and 100.8. All with runners on 2nd and 3rd and 0 outs and resulted in 0 runs. Holy ****.

This was the prime example of those numbers meaning very little vs. the human element of plays being made. It's not a science but a game.
