The plan now should be Bruhl vs Freeman, then Gonsolin for bulk.

The interesting decision will come if Bruhl’s spot comes to bat. At that point they have to PH and let Gonsolin face Freeman.

Another interesting choice is whether or not to double switch out Pujols when Gonsolin comes in. I bet they do it.

Aaaand Gonsolin comes in after Freeman for bulk.

I’m a little surprised they are allowing Gonsolin to bat next inning rather than double switching, but with the lead and knowing Twit will extend Fried through Pujols/Pollock again, it is probably the right move.

Roberts is putting on a master class. The Braves decision makers need to be paying attention.
