Yes. People on this board have stated that we are very similar to nazi germany.

A country that leads the world in incarceration rate shouldnt be offended by the comparisons. The **** that goes on with policing and laws used as weapons to rape and pillage black communities is Nazi-esque. A country that sends SWAT teams into peoples homes in the middle of the night over a plant shouldnt be offended by the comparisons. More people will die because of the war on drugs than because of Nazis. Its the holocaust in slow motion. Very curious that a Libertarian is going to defend this kind of **** as not a big deal.

Exactly.

In 2016, a lot of people really hated Hillary Clinton, even if they voted for her party down-ballot.

In 2020, a lot of people really hate Donald Trump, even if they voted for his party down-ballot.

It's not ****ing quantum-physics here.

You fascists—oops, sorry, I mean right-wing nationalists—should just throw in the towel on Trump, because it's almost certainly strategically advantageous to your agenda. Based on the early messaging, the Democrats have pretty clearly once again learned nothing from the actual results, will neither promise nor enact the progressive policies voters actually want, will continue to alienate and excoriate their left-wing flank, will surely remain a feckless corporate entity under Biden/Harris, and will spend the next four years own-goaling themselves into oblivion. Then the GOP will run a more competent, less vaudevillian version of Trump—maybe a little less blatant race-baiting, a little more populist promising—and clean up. Why die on Trump Hill?

Arizona: Mark Kelly 1,604,320 votes, Joe Biden 1,564,883

I guess that one doesn't fit the narrative and needs to be thrown out.

Dont forget 15$ an hour minimum wage passing by over 2 million votes in a state where Biden lost by 400k. How does one support such socialist policies like high minimum wage then turn around and vote for Trump. Makes no sense. I was told Biden was a socialist but apparently the socialists in Florida voted Trump.

One of the ironies of this election was that very poorly chosen one did a little better in the big city "hell holes" and quite a bit worse in the suburbs he promised to keep pure.

Not to mention improving with every major demographic except white males, which saw a pretty substantial swing towards Biden.

I think those shifts probably reflect multiple developments—but I think one thing it shows is dissatisfaction with both major parties, or at least their top-level players. A lot of bad economic messaging and unkept promises by Democrats vis-à-vis workers and minorities, and a lot of lost faith in Trump's administration to meaningfully improve the lives of middle-class suburbia (which is the only thing that would've let them stomach another four years of incivility, bluster, and sideshow crony nonsense).

You need a break. Bad laws (in your mind) do not equal killing 6 million Jews. Wow

Hopefully it might slow down all the white supremacist bulletin but I doubt it

Arizona is ... weird. Just a state in flux, without a clear identity at this point—which is one thing I rather like about it.

Beyond that, I think one thing that accounts for said anomaly is that Martha McSally was fairly unpopular, even with conservatives. Don't forget, she was appointed to her seat after losing a previous Senate race to Kyrsten Sinema. So she's successfully failed to win either of Arizona's Senate seats.

A whole lot more people died and were hurt by the Nazi's than 6 million Jews. The US war on drugs was started because of racial hatred and we forcibly exported it to other countries by making it a requirement for them to adopt in order to trade with America. Nazis did far more damage in a short period of time but the war on drugs has been going for 50+ years and wont be ending any time soon. I would be more than happy to explain it all to you in another thread.

I'm a fan of Sinema
