So does Trump self-pardon? I think he does and I think the pardon would stick. The clause states "he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."

The only real limit is that the President can't pardon away an impeachment. The fact that this limitation exists makes if more likely that the determination would be other limitations don't exist.

I'm not sure the pardon would be challenged as to challenge it, Biden would have to have the justice department try to bring charges against Trump and I don't think that's how Biden wants to start his Presidency. If he did, it would go to the SCOTUS and with the number of textualists on there, I think they'd find the pardon power allows the President to pardon himslef.

This might lead to calls for a constitutional amendment which I think would be great as I'd love to vote on one.
 
All of the sudden, we haven't heard any mention of the name Hunter Biden since last weekend. Did Hunter Biden lose the election?

I will get a good laugh out of Trump admitting to crimes by pardoning himself. He can only pardon himself from federal crimes which isnt enough to save himself. The most damning and likely prison sentence is in a NY state prison.

Biden had way more corruption material he could have gone after Jared and Ivanka for, that has been out in the open.

Asking because future Presidential Candidate Tucker Carlson, Giuliani and Trump had the mystery solved last weekend and they appeared to stop talking about it. It seemed urgent and important.

Economic freedom is available to al those who want it.

If you can’t get equitable outcomes from children within a family then you can’t legislate it for a whole society. Your desired system absolutely never works while the last 4 years saw unprecedented growth for wars for the working class.
 
I’m guessing we are all still ignoring a softate ‘glitch’ in a county of 17k caused a swing of 6k votes to the democrats?

And we are going to ignore that a PA USPS worker is about to swear under oath to committing federal crimes?
