Good job by Garcia on the slow roller, showing once again he isn't CJ bad over there (good range and good arm whereas CJ was a statue with a weak arm for third).

If we could've had AJ Reed and Tyler White package for Freeman I'd probably do that deal, esp. with a pitcher included. Freeman is someone if you put on table when raking and healthy you'd get a ton back if hold firm and listen like with Miller and not care about moving him unless high price is met. Now trusting the Braves brass to do that again ala Miller deal is another story. The Simmons trade doesn't give me such confidence. Plus Arizona is some kind of stupid when hooking up with us, if not in general (probably in general).
 
What do we do to get FF going? We've played a ton of close games and FF has given us nothing... There's no way we're winless if FF is even close to normal
 
Another case of a player not trying after he was handed a mega contract. Now he has the wrist issues too he can use an excuse.

My guess.

Either his wrist is still an issue or losing all of his buddies and the state of the team is finally hitting him....he's just night and day different than what we are used to. He just needs to work harder and work through it.

a new manager isn't going to make a damn bit of difference with this sorry excuse of a team.

No body any good will want to manage this resume killer anyway. Just let some idiot manage them for the time being, its hopeless.

I don't disagree, and that's a larger point I've been trying to make. But at least we won't have to sit around every single night and marvel at the manager's stupidity.
