JJ is better, but Yates on a 1 year 5.75m club option with a 1.5m buyout is going to be hard to beat.

If Cohen and the Mets were smart they would make AA the highest paid GM in baseball after the 2024 season. Hopefully we hear about an extension soon.

Feels like early on Yates probably gets his option declined and McHugh gets his picked up, now it's the opposite. Was talking about JJ or Pierce Johnson although i dont think either will cost an absurd amount. Maybe JJ could get a huge bag his way if he has a huge playoff run.

They've been linked to Stearns for awhile and i dont think AA would want to go to to the Mets given what he's built with Atlanta.
