Yeah it just seems that after Jace had that really good 6 weeks to 2 months or whatever it was that he was just anointed the 2B without giving any consideration to Peraza. Hopefully that turns out to be the correct move as that was one I felt they couldn't miss on going forward.

Yep, i didnt like trading Jose after not seeing him play at all.

Maybe they'll dip into the FA market and use Jace as a UTIL infielder.

6 runs in 9 innings is great??

His mid 90's fastball looks great and he throws strikes. Had a several outing scoreless streak before getting knocked around a couple of times, which is to be expected. He'll adjust. Or he won't. But yeah, he's looked great even while giving up 6 runs.

Yeah, I was more in favor of staying around .500 to build some confidence heading into next season. That isn't happening though, so don't tank halfway... Do it big

there's all terrible. Folty's the worst. None should be in the big leagues. Hopefully they'll all hit some sort of innings limit and someone else will lose games every 5th day in Sept.

I put a lot of today's demise on Perez. You get the lead and the situation calls for a shutdown inning. Yeah, give the hitters some credit, but that's an inning when you have to dial it up a bit and make pitches. He didn't.
