I would think he's not long for the roster—especially if the plan is to bring Wright back up to start tomorrow.

There were some reasons to think Erlin could be a useful reclamation project—a Fangraphs article from back in the pre-CoViD days laid out the logic—but, given the immediate needs of this mini-season, I think it's probably time to call it on that experiment.

AAAA pitcher.
I’d much rather see Wright or Touki on the roster then him as atlest they can get swing and misses when they throw strikes.
Yes they both have tons of issues but what upside does Erlin have?
