He definitely needs someone who can get through to him when he's not listening. Foreign policy is apparently a touchy subject with him. He considers himself an expert on foreign policy and so doesn't really listen to anyone who disagrees with him. The problem is that he's not an expert nor could he ever be. There's no one person in the world who has comprehensive knowledge of all global politics. Afghanistan appears to show exactly how this leads to failure. Biden wouldn't listen to anyone who advised caution in withdrawing and as a result he was blindsided.

Biden needs someone who can say "Joe, this person knows what they're talking about. Listen to them" and Biden actually do it.

I was wondering how fast you were going to start parroting Rachel Maddows new angle.

The desperation to put this on the last guy shows how desperate the left is right now. They see the poll numbers. They know how unpopular Harris is with their own voters.

2022 will make 2010 look like a small shift.

He has a lot of experience in the area. But I'm not sure his track record is that good.

Even if his track record was great I still wouldn't want him shutting down experts. Afghanistan is a great example. The politics there get down to a tribal level and sometimes go down to an even more local level. How can Biden know which tribes are traditionally enemies of which tribes? How is he supposed to know which local war lords hold power over which regions and how much power they hold? These are vital bits of information that an expert on the area might know but which Biden simply can't. He seems to have ignored some experts regarding Afghanistan.

We have an obligation as a nation to help OUR CITIZENS.

This is such a strange argument you are making.

Its real simple to bring dogs over. You don't have to vet them because 99.9999% of dogs are amazing and the only ones that aren't are that way because of their human trainers.

Leaving these dogs behind is actually the final nail in the coffin showing the left cares about nothing.
