the quote reads if the Clinton Foundation "isn't" a pay to play ... "isn't" is a present tense word and HRC has not held office since Jan 2012.

Just like it is obvious Trump is just as dirty and guilty of so much in his business dealings but he has much good in your eyes it is easy to look the other way for you.
 
David Petraeus gave his mistress, a journalist who was writing a book, hundreds of classified documents. He also lied to investigators about it. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. Alberto Gonzales mishandled sensitive intelligence documents and wasn't charged at all. You seem to want a different standard for Clinton.

And as I said. The email investigation is secondary to the Clinton foundation which is the real issue with her. There is a pattern with the Clinton that you just fail to acknowledge.

There is zero chance any of this ever reaches Obama. He and his Chicago machine are much wiser and smoother than Hillary's team could ever dream of being.

Besides, look at how the opposition has come out to defend Hillary when most don't even like her. Now imagine the effort they would make to help Obama, who is the closest thing to a deity most of them will ever believe in. DC would burn down before DoJ had enough evidence to charge Obama with jaywalking.

I'm sure its going to be a dogfight but ultimately a lot of these things happened under the Obama administration. The association alone will be the start of a long inquiry into activities that happened under Obama (Fast & Furious / IRS targetting of conservative groups / Iran Deal / Hezbollah sympathy / etc..).

Something that I have been considering as I have worn my tin foil hat the last couple of years. The Russia probe, DNC takeover by HRC and the Clinton e-mail investigation foul up have one thing in common. They were designed to ensure that HRC won the presidency. I don't believe that was the end game. The real thing to consider is why they NEEDED HRC to win the election. What else is hiding behind the curtain? The information about Hezbollah was chilling to say to the least.
