Now it's coming out that Trump tried to cut aid funding that went towards fighting corruption in Ukraine. This whole thing hinges on the absurd notion that Trump just cares so deeply about fighting corruption and that it's just a coincidence he wants an investigation into Biden and cant name a single allegation of corruption that does not involve a Biden.

Pentagon employee confirmed there was a quid quo pro for investigating the Bidens with Ukraine. Also testified that the DoD told the White Hoise that withholding the aid was illegal. Are Republicans sure they want America to see this? Going to be awfully hard to claim every single person except the one of these witnesses is engaged in a vast conspiracy against Donald Trump. The funny thing about this is that the evidence Googliani claims to have against Biden are the politically motivated comments by Lutsenko that he walked back faster than Mulvaney's confession.
 
As far as I know it's the Speaker of the House that is third in line. I am not aware of any vagueness there, but if there is, and this happens, we gonna have a bad time.

Note Elaine Chow is disqualified because she is a naturalized citizen. I don't believe an acting cabinet official is in the line of succession.
